What is varey tales?
Short stories and soundtracks, written and composed, and smashed together by myself. These stories are inspired by one-word prompts and (attempt) to convey messages of philosophy, humanity's struggles and emotions, all through the lens of off-the-wall scenarios.
I'd always loved writing; the feeling of being drawn into a world, of inheriting beautifully flawed characters and following their journeys. It's a great honour.
In 2019, I began to write in association with Hinged.Press of Medium. The concept was simple, a story a week based on a one-word prompt...
In 2020, there was a small global pandemic. I needed somewhere to take my whirring mind.
